Paint return & Prevent of waste water

In Electro deposition coating, Paint other than coated on the products is washed away during the rinse process but may can contamination and cause loss of paint. The filtrate(filtered water) produced using UF system is used as rinse water during rinse process and is transferred to an ED tank after used. From the perspective of collecting paint and preventing pollution, UF system is used as a main device of electro deposition coatings.
