Quick response of oil defective
FILTECH ENG provides a filter that is easily applicable and can respond quickly to unintended oil leakage that occurs during painting processing. As a special filter that only absorbs water without drawing in water by using a unique structure and textile material, it constantly seeks to respond to product defect that can occur suddenly in a top site of electrodeposition through purchase.
The oil filter is made of a polypropylene material of ultrafine structure with a wide surface, so it can absorb oil whose volume is 10~20 times of the filter weight. Consisting of multiple layers, this filter provides high chemical compatibility and high-quality filtering performance and is used to absorb and remove only unnecessary oil for electrodeposition processing.

A pad-type oil absorbent is a high-performance absorbent that can absorb oil 20 times of its own weight by the use of a special textile fabric. It is used commonly when a leakage accident occurs during processing and can be installed and discarded quickly.
